You should have stayed on 500mg the whole time you were on and just bulked. Would have put on alot of size. You looked pretty big at one point before you started your failed cut too.

But yeah you do lose alot when you come off. I was wearing tanktops to the gym on cycle but when back to t-shirts after lol cause I hated how small I looked.
