only for the past few days usually I spit it out. I just took my abilify/topiramate right now. I hope it helps

Yea I think this medication stuff might work. I don’t want to do it but I might have too otherwise visiting gandy might be my only alternative

Yeah, it's a serious illness. You should just accept that you have it and that you have to take the meds. Here's the worst part about meds, you'll start thinking "What if this is holding me back? What if this is limiting my pleasure or my ability to experience life completely?" Just don't think that. You have to remember what it was actually like before you started taking medication. Like are you happy and fulfilled and feeling all kinds of pleasures right now? If not, make a note of it. Because what will happen is that you'll convince yourself that your life would be better without the meds and then you'll just relapse and ruin whatever you had going for you, and then you'll go back on the meds, and repeat ad nauseum.

Yea I think i am stuck with the meds. I don’t rlly know if I’m being psyopped or not rlly but it seems I’m being forced on the meds either way. Plus I’m on topiramate which helps to lose weight so fk it I’ll hop onto the meds
