Videos and live-streams are the bane of existence for morphing frauds. If someone doesn't post himself in motion or show his face on a live-stream then 99% of the time they morph their pics to the point of being unrecognizable just like the guy i posted.

Those are just a stuble version of snapchat filters and are very easy to distinguish from non-filtered videos. Either way, you can't fraud a live stream or candids or normal videos.
