I'm 22 and been same exact height, frame, skull size, face, jaw etc since I was 14. Literally just haven't aged at all.
sometimes I think a square jawed face gives the look of a "big robust skull" and so does a thick neck even when it's not objectively big (not talking about in this case ofc)

depends on height tbh. If you are a manlet and a big skull its a failo. I have a large skull with bone mass but im 5'9.5 no shoes and my frame is wide asf but not enough to compensate for my huge skull it makes me look high T for sure
