Naturally yes if we consider laws of nature that apply to most other animals none of them craft anything to become stronger even tho nowadays we do see some are starting to use tools it’s very early stuff like a orangutan using a pointy stick to fish

But they don’t need this for survival

If u take away the human ability to build tools humans would have no choice but to scavenge only animals a human can safely kill on hand to hand are very small like rabbits, chickens etc
