Most of my posts are troll but this isn't.
In person looks matter only 10-20% as long as your not outside of a broad somewhat normal range.
Unless you have down syndrome or something you can max into this range.
Once you have the basics of not being messy/fat, decent fashion and hitting the gym looks max is mostly a waste of time unless your paying for specific perminant changes you don't need to micro manage like surgery.
What is important is game/social skills and volume.
AKA Numbers game social skills matter 80-90% looks mater 10-20%.
Did women in cave man times care if a man was ugly? Not really the guy who lead interactions towards sex and was dominant got the girls.
