whitepill is when you've seen it all and realised that nothing could be of help to you, so you become entitled to nothing and becomes entity that matters to no one.

I live life to enjoy that I wanna do,
I love going out or event, enjoying moment with strangers/buddies
But when I look at my face recorded or something it's so hideous that I can't stand that.

I know EXACTLY what that feels like. It was the hardest realization in my entire life so far tbh. But once you digested it you will feel like you were just released from a five decade prison sentence (emotionally).

Also lose fat and have your T levels checked. Testosterone makes you emotionally stable and feel like you're in charge no matter what's coming at you.
