I've got a friend that smokes and he says it debloats him like crazy and I should try one some time, I don't wanna stink though 💔 there was a thread somewhere here on the forum saying anti smoking propaganda is for goys but idk 😂

It's worth it to quit :feelskek::feelskek::feelskek:

I smoke cigs and nicotine but I know I shouldn't, really offers no benefit

Doesn't even inhibit hunger more than morning coffee for me, and fucks up teeth/lungs / brain

Always having an itch to reach for something is a burden that accumulates slowly, you don't even notice how bad it gets

Cognitive effects are from pouch /chewing

Smoking does not offer any actual utility, it's a short term hit, it's not like you're doing your homework or work while you're smoking a cigarette

You stop your work, SO THAT you can go outside and have a smoke

It is a diaretic and appetite inhibitor but the health detriments make it too detrimental to justify it for looksmaxxing, also impacts skin.

Thanks bhai, i try my best and sometimes it's too much and it gets heavy, but i care about this persona and could never allow such a thing. Tough love is necessary sometimes. Especially since they are still young and 90% of addicts start before 18.
