this thread is for those who have spent a considerable amount on .org, the blackpill community etc.
and its regarding their mental health, (YOU WERE NEVER SUPPOSED TO PUT SO MUCH CONCIOUS INPUT IN YOUR BRAIN)
you have developed almost a mental illness (autism) because of TOO MUCH INPUT and the uncertainty is so so high, this is so bad for your brain and MENTAL HEALTH.

a lot of us had chopped genetics or chopped genetic expression in our teen years or life

BUT STOP OVERTHINKING IN YOUR MIND CREATING IDEAL SCNEARIOS
1. I WISH MY PARENTS HAD FED ME THE PERFECT DIET BLABLA
2. I WISH I COULD GET 2 MORE MINS OF SUNLIGHT TO MAXIMISE MY DICK
3. I WISH ... XYZ

Just stop being soo autistic about your health is what i want to say
Why? bc when you are constantly thinking about it, YOU ARE RAISING YOUR CORTISOL

your body doesnt understand such unnatural amounts of stress created through your own thought, IT WILL MAKE YOUr PROGRESS WORSE JFL THAN AUTISTIC BP HEALTH IMPROVEMENT

So, whats the solution then... AFFIRMATIONS. i am not trynna be corny

Js say these whenever autistic thoughts arise (PLEASE - THIS IS NOT COPE)

1. I REFUSE to believe in WEAKNESS, ONLY STRENGTH lies within me
2. Everything is gonna turn out the way i always want and things will always turn out the best

Since, you have spent CONSIDERABLE amounts of time on .org. You do need this mental reset. I am trying my best not to appear corny. But this genuinely made a difference in my mental health . THIS IS NOT COPE
