This type of patient is the easiest to work with because he has the right foundation. His gonial angle didn't change, and he only got a few MMs horizontally. His masseter muscle is relatively still in the same position and is doing the same thing as before.
I do not believe he needed jaw implants, but again, he is a rather easy case. He is ideal for any surgeon.
