Right now mtn. Great eye area, you've got insane potential, please do look into gymcelling -> leanmaxxing after. (I think you look whimp-ish) An instant softmaxx is to change your hairstyle. (Long term: grow it out, Short term: style it.)

Greatly appreciate it. Funny enough I go gym, but I hurt wrist and been so inconsistent for months. In summer my bench pr was 107.5kg 😭😭

If you're not consistent you will not ascend. Suffer the pain of going, or suffer the pain of regret, and I know it's corny to say it like a red pill guru like this, but it worked for me.
Injuries happen, properly warm up and don't ego lift, but you could do situps, crunches, perhaps any exercise for the upper body with light weigh, just don't seek excuses, you can do it.
Another thing, it doesn't matter if you "go to the gym", you just need to look like you go there, results are law.

Yeah fairs. Been consistent past week, gonna get back on the grind
