Thoughts on adderall dosage?

I took addy 20mg ir 2x today. Would it be a bad idea to half one of my addys to 10mg, that would total up to 50mg in a day.

sure it wont feel as great as higher dosages but maybe take a break and then restart on a lower dosage otherwise ur gonna cook ur brain long term
