Bdd is overdiagnosed. The vast majority of people don't have bdd, they are just self aware. Actual bdd, the mental disorder is a lot rarer but exists. It's actually more common amongst good looking people if they are hyper fixate d and overly obsessed with their looks.

Labeling someone with bdd is just a cope used to make ugly people delusional

No idea about being misdiagnosed but 90% of people have way too much fat relative to muscle
