I saw it had a ton of amino acids and it is also quite vitamin heavy. it doesn't have all the vitamin A that liver has too. so was just wondering if it was a good type a meat to eat consistently.

in my opinion dont eat a single type of organ a lot, its not natural, if u hunted an animal u would get one (edit: two) kidney(s). most meat would be muscle and connective so u should eat mostly muscle and connective (collagenous) tissue.

but IMO, u shouldnt eat a large amount of meat in general. eat boiled if not raw cuz boiling created the least AGEs of all cooking methods. althought youll have to drink the broth to not lose nutrients further.

and if ur trying to grow muscle then eat more muslce meats for maximum efficiency in that

thanks for the advice. what's the best method of boiling meat in your opinion?

also I found a list of some the nutrients of beef kidney

Nutrient% Daily Value ( RDV)
VITAMIN B 121146%
RIBOFLAVIN168%
VITAMIN A47%
VITAMIN B652%

that's true despite what this site says you can't be eating too much meat. especially for every meal.

Boil it just enough to sterilize an no further, and use pure water no fluoride and other pollutants

I’ll look into this later maybe going to bed

Eating just meat might improve health because it eliminates certain foods. But ideal diet I think not just meat. And ideal for longevity probably low meat

it still presuposes that the bacteria is going to somehow hurt you and not help you
Won't the kidney have a bunch of toxins? It's nutrient dense but not sure if it's worth it cause of that, especially not from a good source

Only if it's from an unhealthy (vaccinated) animal.
What about liver? The liver doesn't store toxins right? But every store bought liver I've tasted had an extremely repulsive taste meanwhile ones from a family farmed were sweet

No, liver stores quite a lot, liver, kidney and brain would poetically have the most. By taste, it seems like the most. Any store bought liver gives me diarrhea.

So the claim that liver doesn't store toxins is false then? I've heard that parroted quite a bit

Just consume it weekly. You don’t need to eat it every day. You’ll save more.
You can cook at a temperature to eliminate bacteria if you don’t know the source and don’t want to take the risk.

Don’t listen to these muh experts, bro; they simply read ivitro or rat studies and can somehow correlate with 100% accuracy to how it would affect humans.

Do your own research and thrive; skip the dogmatic approach.

What does bacteria have to do with the source? And why would you want to eliminate it?

I never heard that. But if years bad when it's from sick animals, that would suggests that it does.

I cook my beef liver at certain temp to eliminate any
Food borne illness causing bacteria
That’s what I mean

Any grass fed animal organ is great nutrition.
