I feel as if bonesmashing should work but it's hard to tell from the amount of ppl on tiktok spamming cope. I was bonesmashing 4 months ago for over the span of 1 month doing it consistently but not as consistent as I should have. And I actually have seen development in my cheekbones and I can even feel a difference. I feel like this topic needs to be researched better. I've been doing some of my own and theoretically if u can inhibit bone resorption through decreasing osteoclast production and be able to stop yourself from developing osteoporosis. You can put your bones under mechanical stress which SHOULD allow you to grow bone mass at a decent rate. You would want osteoblast profileration and activate specific receptors to create an anabolic process of osteoclasts binding calcium to your bones. That's what I got so far. But I do believe bonesmashing should work. Give thoughts on this guys
