Eyebrows are controlled by muscles they will remain mostly independent and won't reliably move down with the implant

And then perhaps you could Botox the eyebrows to lower them onto the new shelf you created with the implant - but how far can you realistically bring the eyebrows before it loses it shape and arch

Afaik there is nothing you can do

If his iris wasn't covered I could try calculate a ratio to see how much or if his eyebrows lowered - keep in mind this is his biggest supra implants I believe

It’s a crock of shit and doesn’t work. There was one guy who got it years ago and frauded his results. Everyone after who’s gotten it has had pretty much no difference before vs. after. Don’t get it

If done properly, surgery works. That's a fact. This is what I had done for my eye area:

customized periorbital rim augmentation with PEEK
surgical lowering of eyebrows
botox to frontalis to augment eyebrow lowering
periorbital fat graft i copy n pasted from his thread theres a higher quality image on his thread but doesnt change the fact he has model tier eyes now

It does look really good the eye straightness hes gttn now looks fire asf

Here’s an example of a guy who could benefit from upper bleph, his hooding is very negatively tilted.

Yes it can, personally I’d go for fat grafting first then filler if that doesn’t work

That's Marcus, if i recall his name correctly, he did more than just supras for the eye area, so that result isn't from supras alone.

What did he mean by this ? He mentioned the supra implant separately, so it must allude to a different procedure.

Anyway, while we're at it : Taveechai said to @bjebb007 and @AlucarddraculA121 that he could lower their eyebrows with fat grafting. I'm not too sure to understand how that is possible.

yes he did change the shape of my eyebrows with fat, that's why I looked tired before severe UEE+eyebags+bad outer brow shape. I also had more uneven eyes/eyebrows

Yes, I requested it and also requested to make them lower set. I think he injected fat to my brow ridge or forehead, temples, under my eyebrows, nasolabial folds, cheekbones, undereye area.

On consulting he mentioned that we could lower them 1-2mm with fat graft

@bjebb007 now that you're closer to final results (+4 months ?), do you think your eyebrows have been lowered effectively ? Or is ptosis repair entirely responsible for reducing eye to eyebrow spacing ?

I think this procedure has always existed it just leaves a bad scar I could be wrong tho

You can also naturally lower them by just squinting, you spare a lot of money by it
