Thoughts on butea superba

I’ve seen a few people talk about butea superba and wanted to hear your opinion. A lot said it boosts libido a study showed decrease in testosterone in rats , other study’s showed increase in dht in humans.

i also heard its pretty effective for raising dht so honestly i would only take it dependant on age

Used it for like a month or two. Might have had slightly higher libido, but for me it didn't do anything.

Why would it depend on the age? if it raised dht if you are young it would be great. if you are old and have more dht it would also be great.

On second thought, maybe it does do a lot, but my sourcing was just not good (sourcing as in, I should have checked if the one I bought was good):

" Butea Superba is great at boosting DHT but you have to source it from Thailand where it’s legit and the dosing is accurate. I use shopythai.

Along with that a DHT boosting supplement stack would consist of: L-Glycine, Creatine, Boron, Tribulus Terrestris, Butea Superba, Vitamin B1, Cistanche Tubolusa, Nicotinamide Riboside, Alfalfa Sprouts.

Make sure getting the herbal supplements from reputable sources.

If you’re not taking Vitamin B2 or a B complex you’re going to have to cycle Boron.

Lifestyle habits for optimal DHT: Lift Heavy, Sprint/HIIT workouts, Stay Lean, minimise consuming 5ar inhibiting food, Eat Sorghum, High caffeine intake.


Some not so natty ways to boost DHT & 5ar, I like to use Intranasal oxytocin, Nicotine"

I'd watch out for the norwood reaper thought. I also tried boron, and I think that works quite well.

Why would it depend on the age? if it raised dht if you are young it would be great. if you are old and have more dht it would also be great.
while young and growin it would be great, i agree but when you are older idk if very high dht levels are actually that good in regards to overall health etc
