Thoughts on cutting the maxillary labial frenulum for shorter philtrum and bigger upper lip?

Ive seen a couple korean/ japanese DIY cosmetic surgeries involving this tissue being cut using at home using scissors. Apparently it "unpinns" the upper lip which makes the upper lip flip outwards more essentially creating a sort of "lip flip" effect. Ive never seen stuff like this being done before except in korean niche cosmetic communities, need to know your thoughts before i trying something like this.



This woman on tiktok tries to stop people from cutting the frenulum and tells people to use her cope facial exercises which obviously wont work.

my philtrum was 2.1cm and i managed to get it down to 1.9cm with pdo and pcl threads, its still long as fuck and needs to be reduced.

my philtrum was 2.1cm and i managed to get it down to 1.9cm with pdo and pcl threads, its still long as fuck and needs to be reduced.

compared to my chin, its a 1:1.4 ratio which fucks with my entire face
