Midface one based tbh but i don't think any maxfax willing to perform such a procedure. You don't know the growth gonna follow the vector, but asking @Sergio-OMS is best option imo he is official surgeon.

This vid honestly showed some very interesting and potentially useful movements, even Ramus lengthening was displayed.

Ramus lengthening looks look legit bcz, direction of growth vector is downward same with gravity.

either way idc, never getting any osteotomies done
arguably more painful, more opportunities for error/ complications

it'd be great if there was an easily implantable device for distracting things like the ramus tbh :love:
