I’d pick just mephedrone, plus something synergistic to take the edge off the stim like GHB/GBL or phenibut. If you really want to add a psychedelic in there, take a low dose of 2CB. These are the drugs that are best for fucking.

Ketamine and alcohol won’t add to the experience, unless you limit yourself to just a couple drinks. MDMA would be okay, but definitely don’t mix with cocaine, they cancel each other out. LSD and shrooms can be good for sex, but ideally with someone you trust and not an escort, I guarantee you’d freak out with those involved too. DMT isn’t particularly sexual at all (at least physically, sure you might be able to fuck an entity in the DMT realm but you have an escort there to actually be physical).

And to your point about withdrawals, these won’t give you withdrawals, at least if you’re not already addicted. You might have some comedown but honestly intelligently mixing drugs is a good way to avoid a rough comedown because you’re spreading the stress across a bunch of different neurotransmitters / physical systems, rather than placing heavy load on one system (e.g., doing 1g+ of only MDMA in a night).

If you’re really intent on combining all the above, do so, but don’t include cocaine and alcohol. All the other drugs you list are safe to combine in a super cocktail, so long as these two are left out of that mix.
