i didn’t design this device it’s a device that exists but i don’t think you can get it for aesthetic reasons also a device that can fit under your hyoid doesn’t exist afaik but basically your options are masseter hypertrophy or jaw implants/wraparound

when u expand maxilla during puberty ur lower jaw with hard chewing starts to grow wider overtime
