Thoughts on high doses of melatonin

Generally doses 10 mgs and higher are ig considered high doses. I’ve seen things on how higher doses have anti-inflammatory benefits, along with a bunch of other benefits. I’ve also heard it can lower your test. I was wondering if anyone had experience with high doses and can recommend dosing and protocol.

you have to work your way up over a decent amount of time but in the interview with ny times, clav said you can work your way up to 300mg i believe, maybe even 600 i cant remember but u could check the interview
