From what I hear latisse can cause fat loss but it’s very minimal, I personally have only used castor oil and it’s worked well, just takes forever to help

as far as I know latisse is very affective for brows and lashes. however, there has been a lot of reports of orbital fat loss and darkening. there's a good chance that these people who suffered did so because of their lack of knowledge on latisse itself. also I imagine it would be kind of pointless to use minoxidl and latisse at the same time.

tldr; do research on it so you dont obliterate your eye area

it's not worth it, it causes fat dissolving on the area that it's applied to it which causes UEE (upper eyelid exposure) that will give you prey eyes, and thick dark eyebrows with prey eyes are useless, so in my opinion you just keep using oral + topical minoxidil and maintain you upper eyelid skin

i still really recommend you not to do it and stick to topical minoxidil cause once you lose the upper eyelid fat you can't reverse or restore it, also it's not worth it.
