I’m cutting pretty aggressively. Lots of fasting with snake juice and just eating before bed so I can sleep. Prolly 1k cal. Not sure how many days/week imma do this but still I’m expecting to drop a couple of pounds per week. Pretty close to single digits.

So naturally I won’t be able train very hard and I fatigue easy anyways bc of sleep. So I’m gonna do this full body workout 3x weekly with the main goal of just maintaining my gains without burning out.

5x5 weighted dips, starting light and building up 5 pounds per session, probably gonna focus on dip strength a lot this summer

Seated cable rows, lateral raises, reverse curls, all 3 sets to failure in the 10-15 range

neck, 4x25 curls and extensions

high reps on split squats or lunges to rape my glycogen stores to finish off

Thoughts? Anything I’m missing?

Why don't you just get a program that is already established? There are tons of people out there with more experience than you. Some of them (Kinobody for instance) are focused on the aesthetics thing if that's what you're into.

Overhead press. Shoulders and upper chest are all that matters

what kind of a gym do you have access to

while youre cutting that hard you should be careful not to overtrain (unless youre mega obese or something)

Make sure to slonk fuckload of snake juice with giga salt before you work out if youre doing it fasted, especially if you arent used to doing physical stuff fasted. You will feel like SHIT and super sluggish if you dont get enough electrolytes, salt especially.

To you and everyone else advising on this: this was 6 weeks ago! I’m 6’1 and a bit under 170 now which was my goal. 12% bf at the most, probably lower imo. Got down to low 170s prior to surgery and now 5 days post op it’s still hard to eat so I’m shedding pounds. Down to 169 despite taking one small shit since surgery. Might be 165 by the time I’m fully recovered but then the cut is over, start reverse dieting to fill out my muscle while staying lean. And if surgery worked then I won’t be so low energy anymore so premise of thread is irrelevant. Thanks for input but no need at all now.

Look up snake diet man I’m not the expert. But yes.
you should add magnesium bro

I did a week long water fast a week and a half ago, magnesium is important

Nigga if you’re an expert why are you asking me? Not even giving rep. I supplement magnesium. It’s just not part of the snake juice.

I was just curious how about the specifics of the snake diet, I did a water fast, not a snake diet

I’m about to do the snake diet tomorrow. Lifting plan sounds good tho.

This here is solid gold if you weren't so brutal on the dieting. In your case however 300 pushups a day and walking is gonna be the winner
