Thoughts on my workout plan

This summer i want to do 100 dips, 100 decline situps, 100 sqauts, and a 10km run.

In the beginning i know ots going to be hard, but i'll eventually adapt. I plan on doing 6 days a week, sunday thru friday. For 300 days, all weather.

if you've noticed this workout looks similar to the infamous one punch man workout. which is what inspired me to make this, as well as im done high school, so i need something to do, and as well as the Will.

I've been looking at tracksuits, and i believe i found one.
I wanted to ask if someone could give my advice on which shoes is best for running?
Which one do you use? Which tracksuit do you use?
