The first one is my Philtrum when it is non bloated and the next one is when I’m bloated

It honestly makes me look super feminine, when I am bloated. Could there be a way to make it longer or nah

Yeah I think there my lips too but also contribution of bloating because with some pictures on my camera roll when I’m less bloated my Philtrum seems to look longer
