Thoughts on plastic cuts for mouth widening?

Kind of like a diy lateral commissuroplasty, I heard bojack talk about it. Taking a cut thin piece of plastic to widen the mouth with mini cuts. Thoughts on realism?

I tried it and it hurts SO BAD. Still up to you to do it but just be aware of the pain

i use a pin and "inject" it into the corners of my lips, makes my smile wider, and better

I only tried it once and stopped doing it once my whole mouth was full with blood dont reccomend it (didnt work)
