like actually quitting not forever but for a period of time like at least a week maybe a few monthes not using it at all unless absolutely necessary for work or other annoying adulting tasks
ive tried to do this but get very bored having 0 friends what am i supposed to do irl thats fun read books i guess would be doable as its kinda a replacement for internet
