Thoughts on snus ( nic pouches )

I been using snus at a high dosage for the past 4 months, pablos that sort of thing. ( says 50 mg on the tub but its 38 per pouch) i was using some of my friends every few weeks since 2024. Does it affect the bone growth in your face. Ik all the gum side effects but anything else its cooking me in?

Ye ik that its not gotten bad and am going to quit regardless im more concerned about the adverse bone growth and possible nuerodependancy
