I would say its a development milestone but I don't agree women 'truly love' during their teens well from what ive seen at least is Relationships mainly being lust and lasting 6 months -End of Summer/start of winter to Start of summer- because summer is the time girls can slag around a lot and if it was truly true love they wouldn't do that. Then again if I see a couple who's been dating for a year or two its normally because the girl can micro cheat or slag around enough to satisfy her, like couples that are in different years or schools
