How high of a dose, i already bought oral lgd

just do 15mg orally make sure to buy nac at vitamin shoppe and dont drink alcohol or anything other than water since its hard on the liver

without actual test lgd still reduces test even with enclo. If you do enclo+lgd do 12.5mg of enclo and 5mg of lgd since thats the least harmful amount for your hormones

okay do 15mg of lgd 300mg of test and 6.25mg of enclomiphene with 12.5mg of enclo post cycle for 2 weeks

I’m 6 foot 4, pretty skinny and have wide (not very wide) clavicles. So I just want something to assist, if you see claviculars upper body (traps delts chest), that’s what I exactly want.

Obviously it will take some years, but I want to make it quicker without doing sooo much. So I’m really just considering LGD & enclo

You dont need bloodwork for test as long as you have everything dialed in, in fact, lgd has harsher health risks
