i agree, but still he says any type of stress of stress on your body isn't good, which I'm having a hard time believing

I hope in 40 years he has to have nurses help him get off and on the toilet and then one day breaks his hip after slipping on a wet wipe and dies on his bathroom floor. Good thing he never put his body through muh stress though!

He is kinda right but he takes things to the extreme. Walking 10k steps as humans on a daily basis is a must for health and longevity. And gym is alright if you don't take roids and train every single day and if you take enough rest days to recover.

Cardio is bad kinda.

Hit cardio is good.(sprinting for a short time) Long distance is garbage.(marathon)
Walking I don't even consider as cardio because it's a basic human function which we must do.

depends, you'd assume stretching is the same as exercise in terms of "stress" but stretching feels good
