Thoughts on the youtuber Goatis ? he seems pretty based but at the same time some of his remarks or opinions and views are very weird or just far out wrong such as lifting for health, cardio for health.

He's very based, he's correct about diet and has a good understanding of societal brainwashing. He seems to be hypocritical and might be a bit of a contrarian but he's got good advice on most stuff.

I just watch him because he's entertaining and occasionally Based JFL, he changes his view on things so often and is such a contrarian he's hard to take seriously. Next year he'll probably say veganism is good again and lifting man-made metal is good for longevity or something.
