Thoughts on this bulk plan?

I’m currently 5”10 130lbs
I’m going to bulk for 3 months hopefully getting to 140 pds on a 500 surplus
Hoping for a 3:1 fat to muscle ratio

To put on any meaningful muscle you will have to gain some fat for a while , just accept that. If you try to main gain or super lean bulk you will just spin your wheels

how much weight gain do you mean by that. honestly you need to put on about 1.5-2kg a month imo. putting on some shit like a lb a month will be stupid even on gear. especially on gear actually you should make the most of it

bulk for the next year+ and get to 200lbs

I’ll get really fat though? Isn’t that diminishing returns?
i mean 5'10 140 is still a skeleton. then what? you're gonna cut to 135? and then bulk again?

i'm 5'8 and 39 years old and low T and I went from 145 to 175 in like 3 months, so obviously a dirty bulk, and I'm still not "really fat." I'm not even fat.

Just keep bulking until you get to the point where you can't stand how fat you are or you just get sick of it and want to cut.
