i'm 5'8 and 39 years old and low T and I went from 145 to 175 in like 3 months, so obviously a dirty bulk, and I'm still not "really fat." I'm not even fat.
Just keep bulking until you get to the point where you can't stand how fat you are or you just get sick of it and want to cut.w
