Why do some canthos looks uncanny? I personally think the before looks better.

thats basically what attractive eye have. nothing uncanny about it even his upper lid should be more straight to ascend but his eyes are too small for it.

no the lid has to be curved upturned look at almond eye shape

ideal eye has straight lower lid and a very low curved upper lid. going lower than that for this one is impossible because his medial canthus isn't deep like this guy so his eye will look too small

well duh he obviously has good eye area thats not the point the point is too straight of a lower eyelid is rare and gives a squinty unnatural look this is why its important not to go overboard when doing lower eyelid retraction
