AGGA aka FAGGA is not worth: it costs more than a double jaw surgery and cannot change the gonial angle, while the double jaw can change the gonial angle through the counter clockwise rotation

its not that those bones itself would be affected, but the fact other bones are affected and may mess implant placement in some way, no?

i dont know how they engineer implants, but it'd make sense if you entire face changes shape the implants get fucked up some how, especially if you have multiple of them

with a facepuller changes are very slow and you can go back to your previous bone structure if you see the facepuller is making you look worse

can't it widen the mandible and both maxila to have forward grown + widen jawline ? if yes it's fucking perfect.

with a facepuller changes are very slow and you can go back to your previous bone structure if you see the facepuller is making you look worse

im not talking about facepuller results being bad

im talking about the artifical material in your face not changing shape along with the process of maxillary upswing / skull adaptations and therefore causing complications

Not everyone wants or needs "counterclockwise rotation".
FAGGA doesn't require any invasive surgery which would force you to be on a soft/liquid diet for a long time with an even longer recovery period and such. If your gonial angle is not anywhere near 135° I'd prefer FAGGA over double jaw surgery any day. It's pain-free, almost invisible and has yielded very promising results so far, in both children and adults.
