agreed right one looks better, though he could have gotten more movement imo

It's honestly a toss up, I've sure he actually feels better in the after because his jaw is in a more natural position

He has more forward growth but his face looks less natural

I think what's causing this effect actually is that now he has more upper eyelid exposure and a less sloped forehead and less prominent cheekbones

What saves right is his jaw angle is much better now

It was a lefort 1 with 3 piece lefort to fix anterior open bite ,

Pics have different angle and head tilt so hard to compare.

Lefort 1 revealed his midface hypoplasia. Lefort1 with anterior downgrafting to correct anterior open bite simulates CW rotation which usually looks like dogshit.

He should have gotten a Bimax with mandible CCW and lefort 1 with posterior impaction as well.

As for now he should get genioplasty for chin height and under eye fat grafts.
