I ve checked around with some family members and older friends i have, that look poorly asf, that the older they are, the better and younger women they get.

No this theory works because looks are important. Most guys in there early 20s are not attractive to women and since they are so young they do not have much else to offer to make up for it. However, one they get to 30 they most likely have a good job, house etc. so now even though they weren't attractive looks wise, they still have something to offer to women, so now they can be more successful and hence 'peak'.

But before that, they literally had nothing to offer women so they were invisible.
