My face got more masculinity and a wider jaw from 18 to 19 years old. That's the effect of puberty.
Even if it's possible to look more masculine as your puberty ends, you will never see a teen improving his occlusion and forward growth without surgery.
An orthodontical treatment may improve the overbite and affect chin height (such as overbite treatment) but will not improve forward growth.
