I spoke to a surgeon he said it’s not effective for widening IPD.

AleksVs claimed to have had it done and widened his IPD with it, but never showed any proof.
Phoenix997 spoke to his surgeon who can perform it, but the surgeon said it wouldn't increase IPD.

If you want to widen IPD, I'm pretty sure OBO isn't nearly as dangerous as incels online make it out to be.
