I have seen a lot of propaganda about that split, I also wonder what exactly the difference is in choosing a split for someone natural vs enhanced.

yea i was also tryna find this out. i think splits are mainly cope, if you hitting each muscle with at least 10 sets a week with adequate recovery, there is minimal difference. eveyone will say their own split is best.
Too much propaganda on social media about that split. Have you seen that guy "tren baby", he claims to have added a lot of strength on every exercise in short periods of time with that split.
i did my entire life ppl, never something else

I do it and have been increasing my weights almost every other session but maybe it's because I changed my rep range from 6-12 to 5-8 and became doing 2 sets rather than 3 per exercise

social media is never the right place for gym info tbh. better off going on some proper bodybuilding forms.

Full body is better if you’re doing high frequency in my opinion
