doesnt really matter, if you want to target a single layer might as well just do a peel, its just a gadget toy, most likely not really that effective either, microneedling will do the same job

tho if you have a specific goal for reducing PIE it might probably work better since its pulsed dye

well probably just a visit to a good derm for a proper pulsed dye laser treatment, he will have much better knowledge on technique than you with a laser that costs 40k not 500 dollars

500 is not very much given perspective on how much quality lasers cost
