Im not sure how any of this shit works ngl besides obviously microplastic testing, not sure what the solutions are though. He’s selling food products which is interesting

I hope my response isn't vague, but here goes nothing. Obviously a lot of the things that he's doing are working, but the 1st issue is the sample size, which is only him. Now you might argue that many people swear by the benefits of the blueprint protocol, but we have no idea what their lifestyle was like prior to starting said protocol. They might've been chugging cheeseburgers on a daily basis and experienced a health scare, so they've decided to abandon their old ways; in that case, any dietary change will lead to better outcomes.

The second issue is the ridiculous amount of supplements that he takes https://www.joinzero.co/supplements. But to be fair, he probably needs some of these supplements as he's vegan and he's on a 10% calorie deficit, but it still doesn't mean he needs all of this. With that being said, there are way too many confounding variables that it's hard to pinpoint which supplements work and which are useless.

Yeah I found that to be ridiculous too that he takes like 50 supplements every morning or whatever lmao. Like why is he not getting it from food which is way more bioavailable especially if he IS eating plants/fruits and getting nutrients that way :lul: I don’t think I’d buy the food, I’d be more interested in the testing that he does ig

I find him inspiring yea, focusing all of your millions of assets basically doing something actually beneficial for yourself and dedicating to it completely. I bet nigga feels great too, even though he’s doing shif that isn’t “fun” I bet he’s feeling infinitely better than most normie retards who eat fast food and stress themselves. Their “enjoying life” is probably more cortisol inducing than a day of this niggas life overall they are just coping hard
