If you're too high inhib to just get surgery here are "reasons"
Nose- tell them you had deviated septum had to have it fixed cause breathing issues, or you broke your nose and repaired it, nose is easy.
Jaw, chin, teeth, you can use same reason for all these, had crooked messed up teeth, had trouble breathing which required braces, surgery or just say got in accident that broke bla bla and had it repaired.
Forehead this ones a bit harder maybe say you changed hairstyle, but if it's too extreme for that tell them you had a defiencincy and it caused you too have recceding hairline and you cured your defiencincy which fixed it
Lips, lips are hard to notice unless you fucked up and got too much but just say you had some dentist work done and they changed after that
Ears - ppl won't notice unless you had massive ears or they were observant or maybe you changed them alot-but tell them you had trouble hearing and the doc had to do surgery to repair them
Eyes- say you had insomnia, or they changed after dentist work, for eye color just say they lightened with age or for those who can't say that just own it likes yeah haha I liked this color so I changed them bc you can't hide that lool, saying you changed diet may work

No one cares about you. In their heads they are the stars of their own stories and can't be bothered to consciously care whether or not you got cosmetic surgery. The more important reactions that you should care about will be the automatic and subconscious ones.
