High school exams are not a reliable way to measure inteligence because you are excluding all the people who weren't smart enough to make it to high school, tho you select only the smartest blacks while ignoring a big part of them. If you want to measure inteligence you have to pick people randomly.

except the asian part, they usually score higher than whites, specially in maths

Don't blame ethnics when many of British,European or Westerner in general don't even want to have kids, moreover some even think that is cool not to have kids. Further, normalizing and gloryfying degeneracy. The ones who are capable to procreates (chad), just have sex for fun, the rest don't even have a chance to do that because of destoyed SMV (incel). Meanwhile the government keep destroying ethnic countries whether directly or indirectly (selling weapons, embargo to kill their economies, etc) so that they can import cheap labors to western countries (refugee). In the other sides of the spectrum, the ethnics lives their lives away from degeneracy and maintaining traditional functional family and have a lot of children.

The real culprit is not the ethnic who are mostly forced to leave their homes (because the west fuck up their countries) but rather the degradation of moral in the society whether it is deliberately promoted by some groups of people or not (in my opinion). Don't take this as an offence but rather take it as a blackpill to swallow especially for fellow Westener here.

As for UK case it is very clear past colonization also has a big impact in this case.
