if u want better FWHR, oribtal vector projection, and in general a wider maxillary & mandible you'll NEED thumbpulling.
(no, this won't widen your mandible unless youre still pubescent)

VERTICAL PULLING/PUSHING
You'll know if you have a narrow palate when your mouth has a "U" shape rather than a "C" shape & your K9 teeth jut out further than your molars. you should have a nice C shaped round palate, having room for your wisdom teeth.

Setup:
  • keep your neck & head braced against something (I just stand up and put my head against the wall)
  • use a tissue or piece or clothing/rag to put your thumbs in (better grip and longer endurance)
  • Hold hands in fist formation with thumbs out and wrists pushing together
  • or keep your 4 fingers on your temples or behidn ears pushing inwards

Pull/Push outward in these specific areas:
reason being the further back you go your palate is more malleable. (I still pull the top half)

PULL THE BONE, NOT THE TEETH.

pull from the bone not the teeth.

FOWARD GROWTH SPECIFIC PULLING

  • Just pull forward while doing regular verticle pulling from your -seccond to last- molar.
  • you can also pull from behind your last molar straight forward
  • pull from the back roof of your palate forward (where your tonsils begin)

(Pulling your front teeth is cope.)

ROUTINE/Xtras

routine:
  • Volume: 30sx2 sets morning and night. work up to 6 times a day 90-120 secconds each (the more the better)
    • you NEED to be pulling at least 3x per day for 60 secconds if you want any results
  • Intesity: 8-9/10 force for as long as you can (probably 15-30s at first)
  • recovery: mega cope, just dont take days off and your palate should move back.
Xtras
  • your thumbs might get sore after a week or two so...
  • use towel method
    1722228195034
    or
    1722228141071
    plier method.
  • if you have asymmetry, pull harder on the one side
  • dont worry, forward pulling wont cause over bite, thats from bad tongue posture
  • expanding your maxilla will automatically expand your mandible and allow it to get wider if it hasnt ossified
  • DO NOT pull your mandible unless you want lock jaw ( your jaw isnt a part of your head )

gl w TMJ. unless you have a very slow expanding tooth expander you will injure yourself. mandible is genetic

Can you explain the forward pulling part? Pulling from the pallet near the front teeth should NOT be cope

Doesnt that cause facial asymmetry??

what do you mean by this? if you stop thumbpulling it will come back to normal?

Havent seen anyone with proof that it works, with no weight change or anything to fake it yet

Reverse thumb pulling is done a little differently mainly its position of your fingers and cam help with forward growth in ur jawbone
