I was prompted to this theory by one thread where a person shared his experience with headgear, and he posted his results before and after (xray). I assumed that a small and constant pressure contributes to the forward growth of the upper and lower jaw. But with thumb pulling everything is different. And with thumb pulling, to change the shape of the bone, a lot of effort is required, even if it is possible to change the shape, then only the shape of the upper jaw is obtained, not the lower one at the same time.
