  • Hmm...
Reactions: Youㅤ
thumbpulling works but i'm not sure about zygopulling.
either way you are going to have to do it for months consistently for non-negligible gains.
and thumbpulling is more functional-sided since its good for expanding airway and dental arch, but not so much for looks.

I do both so I dont know which one is cope but I know atleast one of them works because I see results but just do both cause you got nothing to lose

How do you know it works, some people day it's cope say people say it works, idk who to believe

I’ll give you some proof that it does work.
The pressure that you put while your thumb pulling laterally will stimulate yes STIMULATE the suture it WONT split the suture. Stimulation at the midpalatal suture is actually more efficient for growth. I myself had a crazy scientifical protocol and schedule.
I changed my midface from 0.97-1.07 ( it’s suits me WAY more)
About 10-11 bizygomatic width
8 mm of forward maxilla growth
All just in 8 months
And so much more differences.
I might make a guide, but idrk cuz everyone on this forum is dumb and calls this shit cope. Also you won’t see results like me most likely as my schedule and life style was absolutely fully optimised to the maximum

zygopulling is pretty much cope from what I know
if you want your cheek bones to be more prevalent you need more bone mass, a wider maxilla aswell as a wider palate

Probably just puberty nigga :lul:

if you want to see results quicker you could get a palate expander, but thumpulling also works, just much slower
