thumbpulling has its place?

i want to preface that i have no opinion on the validity of thumbpulling, and i probably never will because of all the other external efforts im applying.

Ive been wondering about thumbpulling and its validity and placement in looksmaxxing. The general consensus is that thumbpulling does NOT work, and infact may be incredibly risky to development. Not that ive read any of the studies saying thumbpulling doesnt work, but what im suggesting is that thumbpulling may have its place in assymetry correction and maybe small amounts of forward growth (not really including people over 19 with this post). Ive recently begun techniques such as mewing and hard mewing over the past month after coming from a childhood of essentially only mouthbreathing, and within the first 3 days, i could fit the back 3rd of the tounge into my palette, starting from essentially not being able to breathe without my tongue at the roof. whenever i perform thumb pulls, i only push upwards and ever so slightly to the side. I do this 2 times a day, with an extra focus on the right side. The main compellable evidence and the reason why im writing this is when i pull on my upper jaw, i literally feel it move. Not painfully at all, but i can literally quite feel my jaw moving and opening, reaffirmed by the temp space in the right side. This is a very specific case, and im not saying that thumbpulling translate to people with different circumstances but in this case i see a applicable situation? I asked chat gpt and its response was basically what ive just written. I find this quite interesting because alot of people who have 'tried' thumbpulling probably did it too freq. too much volume etc, and also didnt combine more basic important techniques like hard mewing, swallowing, diaphragmatic breathing etc. anyway looking just for a discussion, lmk what yall think
