THUMBPULLING ONLY WORKS THIS WAY....

This people in this community think thumbpulling gonna give u results when u do it 5m a day. i actually did it 1 min/ every half hour. with both my hands's fingers grabing two handles on the wall and then the thumbs pulling my palate with brutal force i also train my thumbs daily to strengthen and fasten the result. and it changed my face and life as i already knew about facial bones very well so i knew where to pull. thumbpulling is real and 50x the results from mewing.

can u elab on how you train your thumbs and how exactly you pull your set up and shi

train it like other muscles. Fill a bag with books lift it through the strap with your thumb and do reps, exercise like that where u feel contraction. Also bonus tip: having a gud tongue posture after thumbpulling is crucial as the bones shouldnt descend back to its last posture which would revert the minor changes cuz if u do thumbpull then yk that u do get minor change like the upper pallate teeths feel more apart than the low palate after thumbpulling

Train them like any other muscle but i think you just need to overall increase wrist/hand strength with wrist curls with anything heavy will do also good tongue posture is crucial after thumbpulling to garuantee results

i do it so hard for hours that my palate starts bleeding from like the suture so i gotta take rest days to let it heal is this like a common experience

all i could do is thumbpulling and i was and i am very determined to it so yea as it was the only way i did see some changes. if your below 16 than get a expander from ortho fast, and above 16 mse could work to fix a narrow palate

So you saw improvement in like ur under eye support and cheekbones? Also how long to see results

around 6 months if you do want noticable results but you should be in your teens and do it every hour . However this require determination and results would be way slower if you dont do it every hour because the bones would relaspe back to their place so if you think this is too much id suggest getting maxxilary expansion if you have a recessed maxxila. but if your parents deny then this the method if you are dedicated about it.

and yea i see my zygos popping out more and ipd results/more space for tongue to mew. However im a very determined guy and i plan on doing it 2 min/half hour for the ideal results
